Maverick Capital Mortgage LLC is owned and managed by Mr. Roy L. Bierschenk. Mr. Bierschenk brings more than 40 years of direct commercial real estate lending and mortgage banking experience to Maverick Capital Mortgage. Before founding Maverick Capital Mortgage, Mr. Bierschenk originated real estate term loans for General American Life Insurance Company in both their Dallas and Chicago, Regional Investment Offices. After the company was acquired by Metroplitan Life Insurance, he broadened his real estate expertise assuming a leadership role with Associated Bank NA. While at Associated Bank, he opened and managed the commercial real estate lending operations, in Chicago and then later in Denver. It was while at the Bank, Mr. Bierschenk added to his extensive term lending experience by originating more than one billion dollars of construction loans.
